Account

Create your account with accurate, up-to-date information. Keeping the account and password secure is the user's responsibility.

Orders & pricing

Product prices, stock and offers may change at any time. Prices become final only after a retail order is confirmed or a wholesale quotation is finalised. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing or stock errors.

Payment

bKash, Nagad, cards and cash-on-delivery are accepted. Approved wholesale accounts may order on credit under the applicable terms.

2. Privacy policy

What we collect

We collect your name, phone, email, delivery address and order-related information. Wholesale accounts may additionally require a trade licence and business details.

How we use it

Information is used for order processing, delivery, customer support and relevant offers. We never sell personal data to third parties without your consent.

Security

Data is stored encrypted and payments go through secure gateways. Still, no online service is entirely risk-free.

3. Wholesale terms

Wholesale prices follow MOQ (minimum order quantity) and quantity tiers. Final quotation prices and availability depend on our confirmation. Credit orders apply only to approved accounts, within the assigned credit limit and payment window.

4. Returns & refunds

Defective or wrong items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (unused, in original packaging). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Some wholesale/custom orders are non-returnable.
